Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is secure.
A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Pay by check orders will be held until we receive payment. Allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship once your payment has cleared. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then make check out and mail the form to:

Paypal Information
Paypal Refunds are sent to your Paypal account. We do not have your credit card information when you purchase through Paypal. You should check your Paypal account when expecting a refund and transfer the funds back onto your credit card.

Shipping Information
Shipping Charges for Continental US Orders:
Orders Over $50.00 - 10%.
Orders $50.00 or less - 10% plus $5.00 Handling Fee

Most orders ship UPS with email tracking notification. All Alaska & Hawaii orders will ship USPS Media Mail. We will also ship PO Boxes and APO/FBO addresses USPS Media Mail.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship from Pennywise Learning and an additional 3-6 days for UPS delivery. (Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for all USPS Media Mail deliveries.) UPS will confirm the shipment of your order with an email tracking notification.
Shipping times may be longer for some items in our busy season-April though October. August through October is the peak. Our suppliers are at their busiest & may take longer getting orders shipped to us. Please Order Early!
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All claims MUST be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of order. All returns must include your RAN and a copy of the original invoice.
Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept opened software or videos unless they are defective. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 calendar days and be accompanied by a RAN. All returns must include your RAN and a copy of the original invoice.<
Returned products, other than for damage or defect, must be in absolutely new and unused condition, returned within 30 calendar days and will be assessed a 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be sent from the date we receive your return.

For the quickest service, please contact us by email. We frequently answer emails after regular business hours, when it is much too late to return a phone call. Most emails are answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends & holidays. We are an internet based company and can help you the quickest through email. We do accept phone calls but you may need to leave a message. We will return your call as soon as we can. Emails
All orders will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us. Please be sure you have set up your email system to accept emails from sales@pennywiselearning.com and QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. Customers frequently block email coming from addresses they have not specified, resulting in their order confirmation and UPS tracking email being returned to us.
