Cancelled Orders Prior to Shipping
Orders less than $500, cancelled prior to shipment, will be voided and refunded in full. Orders greater than $500 cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used to place the order. Please allow up to one week for refund to post to your account.

Returns & Refunds
Returns must have prior approval and Return Authorization # (RA #) must be written on the outside of the box to be accepted by our returns department.
We do accept returns under the following conditions:
Returned products, other than for damage or defect, must be in absolutely new and unused condition, returned within 30 calendar days of your receiving the order and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept opened software, CD's or videos.

Return Procedure
Step 1. Obtain Return Authorization #:
Contact us via our Help Desk contact form and request Return Authorization #. RA # will be emailed to you.
Step 2. Packaging the Return:
If possible, please use the same shipping materials used to ship the order. If additional packing is needed, please add as needed to insure safe delivery of the materials since refund will not be given for damaged materials.
Please be sure to write RA # on the outside of the package. Packages arriving without RA # will not be received by our returns department.
Step 3. Ship and Insure the Return:

You may ship your return to via any carrier but we do suggest you insure it. Do NOT use shipping bags or envelopes of any kind. Only use cardboard boxes. We cannot be responsible for returns that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
Step 4. Return Received & Refund Given:
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Any damaged or ineligible items will result in the package being returned to you COD and a refund will not be given.
Refunds less 15% restocking and shipping costs will be applied to the credit card in which payment was made and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed from the date we receive your return.
