Vocabulary is broadened through audio links and interactive drill (Vocabulocity). Techniques for proper exercise are demonstrated through step-by-step slide shows and videos. Health Quest teaches the importance of personal hygiene and fitness methods, as well as personal and ecolgical stewardship. Offers practical preparation for the next level of health education and lifelong benefits.

This interactive course for Grades 4-7 is designed as a one-semester elective.
