Switched on Schoolhouse High School Health Curriculum on CD-ROM is a one-semester high school elective that carefully considers the Christian view of health.

The practice of good health starts with knowledge of the physical systems of the body. When the function of the body is understood, a person recognizes the importance of good nutrition, healthy exercise, and personal hygiene. Tending and caring for your health includes more than practicing good eating habits and getting regular exercise.
